Good all round - will come back.
Convenient- easy walk to period places.
Not keen on the roadworks outside - hotel could Also be a bit better advertised and visible - I didn’t know it was a hotel until I saw the flags .

What was the highlight of Hotel Royal Plaza Ibiza Ciudad
Location is great, swimming pool is nice. Check in time could be a bit earlier.
Location was good. the rooms were comfy. There was a big balcony in two of the rooms that I booked. The swimming pool is on the sixth floor and the hotel allowed us to store our bags before the check in time and use the pool. the towels of the pool needed to be purchased from the first floor reception which came as a suprise. My sisters used the massage facility in the top floor which was good.
We got three rooms and one of them was perfect. However, one had a smell of cigarettes and the other had a smell of vomit. The room with the vomit was unbearable and I felt sick for the afternoon upon smelling that. When speaking to the reception staff there was a lot of reluctance and no support for a lot of time until I had to persuade him. The solution first was the clean the room again and spray febreeze in the room. This did not make and impact and just masked the smell. Ultimately, they changed the room for which we were grateful for but it would have been better to receive a solution without so much pressing.
